OUR PRODUCTS
IT GEAR apparel is manufactured using the highest quality process and materials within the industry. All of our shirts are extremely comfortable and durable. Our soft washed garment dyed fabric is made from 6.1 ounce ring-spun cotton. The shirts have set in sleeves, a 1 inch ribbed collar, and double stitched neckline, sleeves and waist hem.
We at IT GEAR believe that the value of our product rests not only with the concept and original designs, but also in the fact we are producing the best quality shirts, exceeding the highest standards on the market. After researching and evaluating a variety of manufactured shirts, the Comfort Colors line was chosen for our garments. This particular line has established an excellent reputation for producing durable shirts that wear well after many washings. We are excited to have Comfort Colors as one of our partners, and we are confident that you will enjoy this quality product.
Most shirts do not maintain their original shape after multiple washings. This is not the case with IT GEAR. Our shirts are a true pre-shrunk shirt. They are milled oversized to compensate for the dye process. The shirts are dyed in 200 degree boiling water for over 2 hours. Over sizing the shirt in the sewing facility, coupled with the dye process, produces a true size finished product. The garment will be true to size and will not shrink.

IT GEAR, LLC was founded in 2007, over Saturday morning coffee, bagels and Socratic debate sessions at Lakeview Custom Coach in Oaklyn, New Jersey. Our corporate headquarters are located at 100 U.S. Rt. #30, Oaklyn, NJ 08107. The company is a limited liability corporation, registered in New Jersey.

OUR STORY
Chris, Pete and Mike are long time friends and sports enthusiasts. Chris is the brains behind the product line concept, Pete is the good looking one, and Mike, well he’s the lawyer, but don’t hold that against the others. The fellas have been personally involved in sports at various levels; PDL soccer, semi professional baseball (which Pete still coaches), swimming, hockey, and basketball (which Mike is still pretending he can play, albeit not very well).
The concept of our line is derived from three basic principles:
- The love of sports.
- The desire to produce a durable quality product.
- The fact that all sports have one thing in common, “IT”.
Think about IT. How often have you attended a sporting event, supported and encouraged your favorite team by yelling “Shoot It”, “Get It”, “Rip It”, “Take It”, “Have It”? Get IT!?! We have captured some of these statements and combined them with a corresponding action shot to create a unique active wear product. We recognize that there are other types of IT-like phrases you might scream when your team’s performance is not up to your high expectations. However, we have decided not to include those in our product line.
Our product is designed to capture the spirit of the true sports enthusiast who believes that through hard work, grit and determination you “Earn It”. And why do you do this? Simply, because you “Love It.” And then you will truly “Get It.”
Our line can be found at retailers, trade shows, sporting events, in catalogues and online. We foresee continued growth, with new designs and items released often.

Chris, Pete and Mike have an unabashed respect for the men and women in the armed services who sacrifice to protect this great country.
